Hi,
I'm new to this forum. I will be looking at a black 04 tomorrow for possible purchase. I'm a little confused about tire and wheel sizes and I don't believe that this car has the original wheels installed. I know that the rears are bigger but...... What should the wheel and tire sizes be? I appreciate your patience with me!

Stock:
235/50/18 in the front.
245/55/18 in the rear.
The rims are all the same size.
Without knowing the dimensions on the aftermarket wheel, I couldn't begin to suggest a tire size for you.

All 04 Marauders have Traction Control, and must maintain a percentage difference in tire sizes front to rear.
+/- 5% or close to.
Many of us do not run the stock tire sizes, but are within the differnce in front to rear size as stated above.
Take her for a spin, and if you can go over, say 45 mph or so without seeing a TC light, you should be good.
Jot down the tire sizes and name of the tires as well as the VIN #.
Send the VIN# in a PM to RoyLPita (Brian) and he'll run an Oasis report for ya'
Good luck and welcome to the Machine!
Mike.

The OEM Wheel Prices are out of sight. If it has non-oem wheels knock at least $1K off the price.

Click on the link to my "garage" in my signature below for pics of the OEM stock wheels. 235/50/18 BFG g-Force KDWS fronts and 245/55/18 BFG g-Force KDWS rears were the original sizes.
If the car you are looking at has the 245/55/18 BFG T/A Radials on it, deduct a couple more hundred. That is not a performance tire and the sidewalls are thin and squishy and will noticeably affect handling.

Thanks to everyone for the info and the welcome!
I've sent him a pm asking for an Oasis report.
