Good News, I have aquired anotherset of NOS coil covers. (M6067-GT)
Since I got these for a less than the first I am lowering the price to $341. +the ride.
As you can guess I am deviding the cost of both sets and arravraging the price out.
As you know these Coil Covers "Powered By Ford" are as rare as hens teeth.
Before my MM Got Stolen Last month I had plans of building a Cobra Engine.
I purchased a number of items for this build. But since I will never be able to
find another 03 DBP with Low milage unmodified. I am at the point of giving
up.
I have put up several parts for sale and as you will see from my feedback

is just to break even. What that means is you get it for what I paid for it, +
the ride.
Today I am proud of offer for sale a brand new in original Box Coil Covers
Titled "Powered By Ford" M-6067-GT They were not cheep. I paid $453.00 plus shipping.
You may purchase these for what I paid for them. These are NOS. Never
used or installed. Box opened once to check for quality and than replaced.
I was saving them for my Cobra Build.
I realize these is a special person who will want these.

second time and take some picturnes for you Email me at

Yes that is unforturnately true.
I am so F--king bumb out. I can hardly even thing about it.
Everyone seems to want a small fortune for High mile cars.
I love the DBP the best. Had it in the Garage, New rear end in, Sway bar F&R on order
The rear was done painted and new cover. 4 brand new wheels and tires. purchased a
Aluminator engine and built trans. Ready for install. Zack would build the engine.
Had a new 2nd Gen Wipple with 2.3. Everything I needed and came home and the
Garage door was open and the car was gone. There was a lot of interest here on the
car so ofcourse I am looking at everyone with an evil eye. I hate feeling this way. I waited a long time to find this car, and now it is history. I even got the insurance check already. I had a 08 Cadillac STSV setting in the next bay, why they couldn't have taken that instead. Who knows. Sorry for the ranting. I am pissed. Thanks for asking.

What about that low mile DBP that's on sale for "this week only"? I think it only has like 16k miles on it.
Those very same coil covers are $79.95 from JDM performance according to their website.
I bought mine direct from a Ford dealer for $100.00
What caused yours to be over $400.00 ??

That is a good question.....
I Googled and found several listed for as low as $74.00. I called them and was told one
they have been dicontinued, and have no plans to start production again.
What that means is one that have them listed on there web site, really don't have any.
I asked them why don't you remove them. No time or no webmaster.
If you can buy then at your price. Buy all you can and distribute them one at a time.
I Googled JDM Perforamce and they sell rice parts. Except one in CA and there phone is disconected.
You find them and I will pay you double your cost + shipping. Even the Ford Dealer
you quoted.
I know you would like to sell me your Black MM with 16444 miles for 20K but as I told
you in our PM I perfer Blue. I offered to purchase you Coil Covers seperately. But I guess that is a no go. Thanks for writing My offer stands as a challange.

They got some Snap on tools as well. I don't think they wanted tp spend a

nothing of it as I have a few cars and a flat bed is not un common.

After dealing with relatives in East and South Orange and retired Jersey State Trooper relatives , I learned one thing , Someone Knew "U" and the car. Most likely the perpetrators were associated with a body or repair shop in the area. Keep your eyes open [ They could have been bogus snatch men for some bank also ].

Matt,
Nice job on the valve covers and the coil covers.
would you care to share who in Texas you Purchased this from.
I talked to one dealer in Texas and he told me he had two sets. Sold one and
the customer asked him to hold the second set for him.
If you are that guy LMK and if you deside to release the second set I would like
buy them.

MM2,
I just sent an email to https://ssl.macdock.com/capaldiracing asking about the
coil covers M-6067-GT. They don't post a photo of the item, but they have to correct
part number. I also placed an order for this part, so between the two I should know
something in the next few days.
As to the Ford dealer in Texas, so far I have not hear back from Matt as to who or where the dealer is located. As soon as I find out that I will be in contact with them.
Hopefully I should hear something very soon.
So yes, so far your challange has been met. I am wondering if you could supply the name of the parts dealer you purchased yours from.
Thank you for your kind thoughts on my ride. I do hope the car shows up somewhere.
I will buy it back for the insurance company in a heart beat.
Best to all

Any cameras in your neighborhood? Stores etc, any surveillance of a Jerr Dan with a car on it might help.

Thanks for writing. Not only do I (as a retired Law Enforcment officer)
But the insurance company has made an issue out of it.
The even questioned me. I felt like the perp. I can understand as a lot of
people that are "under water" are losing there cars, not just MM, Either
through fire, theft, wrecks etc. So the insurence companies are taking a
harder look at these so call losses.
I don't know how much resources the police have to devote to this issue.
Around here they are Laying off Police Officers, Local and State in large
numbers.
The state considers it a local issue and unless it can be varified that the car was transported accross a state line. It does not fall under the Dyer Act and it contiues to be a local issue.
So thanks were are doing what we can investagation wise.
I think since the insurance company has issued a check, I think they think
the matter is closed. I hope not. But I need to be real on this
Thanks again for your concern.
Best regards to you and your family

I agree with you. they look really good.
I would have liked to get in on this sale.
I did ask Matt if he could tell me who he purchased the coil covers from so I could
buy a couple of sets from them and I could lower my price, because of lower overall
costs of the coil covers. Spread the cost. Makes good business since to me.
I have not heard back from Matt. The others that have suggested they puchased there
coil covers at a much lower cost, did not tell you when they purchased them.
My understanding is that Ford ceased production of these covers in late 2009 or early
2010. The stock is now depleted. I got in on it when one company had one set and over charged me. I made the choose to buy. at there price because I wanted them at the time. I now no longer have either the car or the engine, due to theft. So now I have lost interest in this project and will sell off all the parts and find another project
later on.
Those red valve covers are bitchen and with the M-6067-GT coil covers make them even better. Congrads on the workmanship. and how they tiurned out. If they are still
for sale LMK, I am interested.

DISCONTINUED, NO LONGER AVAILABLE
I know the ones I am selling are expensive. but so go's the Edsel.
They are worth far more today than they did during there run.
You can have them for what I paid for them +the ride.
The ones people have been telling me about are well over $550. closer to $600. or more on the Mustang Forums. I wouldn't be selling these if my Blue was still here. Take them while they are still here.
They will sell. Some will say WTF why didn't I buy them when I had the
chance.

Hey Russell,
Yes they are the Powered by Ford ones that originally came on the Ford GT. When you call the dealer don't give them the Ford Racing part number as it has been discontinued. You need to ask for the left and right coil covers for the Ford GT.
The part numbers for those are:
4G7Z6P067AA
4G7Z6P067BA
They are $94.24 each.

You might try Eastwood for the wrinkle coat, Red is a fairly command color, I'm sure
they could hook you up with something. Perhaps a "clear or Top coat if nothing else.
Good luck with your project.

Define smoking deal.
I paid $40 and shipping when I bought them. I may have had them on the car for 1000 miles. If I can replace them for the carbon fiber look alikes, I'll sell what I have. My car is nowhere near stock, I don't care if that is a Ford part or not.
As a note..... I will not start a frenzy dumping these, I'll start my own thread and try to make it fair, it seems like the same people always get the deals.:shake:

Haters always gonna be hatin'! :D
You can think of it as keeping the whole car as a deal theme going!

Uhmmm, not a hater, you got a smoking deal, I am good with that, your not always on the board buying everything that pops up for sale.
I have devised a plan to sell these for my purchase price if I can get a hold of another set, i.e. the ones posted above. Not only will it be fair, it will be fun.:D
