Just as the title says, could someone talk me through the replacement of the serpentine belt with a Vortech centrifigual S/C? Also does anyone know the part # for the belt?

It is very easy if you have the belt tool normal belt length is 110.5" depends on pulley size, once you have the belt off take the 4 bolts out off the mount disconect the inlet and outlet hoses and lift the head unit oout of the way is your unit self lubricated

As Dennis mentioned, it's simple. He sells a belt tensioner tool which makes it even easier. What I do is loosen the hose clamps on the Vortech inlet pipe and remove it from the car. Then loosen the hose clamp on the Vortech outlet pipe. Then I use the above-mentioned tensioner tool to remove the tension from the belt and pull it off of the water pump pulley. You can then release the tensioner. Now you can loosen the bolts the Vortech head unit to get it out. If you have a self-lubricated (V3) Vortech then you don't even need to worry about the oil lines.
As to which belt to use, I've been running the Goodyear Gatorback belt. Part number: 4061105 http://www.summitracing.com/search/?keyword=gatorback%204061105&dds=1
Other people also speak highly of the Gates belts. So you might want to look into those as well.
