The interior lights on my MM had stayed on even when all the doors are closed. In @ 2 1/2 months, this had occured 4 times. I had narrowed it down to opening & closing the RR door (light switch by the door latch?) & that has worked in turning off all of the interior lights. My question is; is the light switch for the RR door out of adjustment & can be adjusted by me by removing the door panel & accessing the light switch by the door latch inside the door or would have to replace it altogether. It hasn't been a major headache for the time being & would like to read suggestions from other members on how to fix this. thx.

I had the EXACT same problem. Same door too. So I bought a sensor and started to take the latch apart and gave up. Very difficult to get in there and change the sensor out. I sprayed lube all over and it hasn't been a problem since January.

Edit: It took a couple days for the lube to finally free it, so you may have to be patient. Slamming the door a couple times may help too.

The switch on the door latch can not be adjusted. You can try the WD40 trick or take out the switch, clean it and reinstall or replace it.

BTW....

The Marauder has a built in timer that shuts off all the lights after a 20 minute period of inactivity.

does the door panel need to be removed to spray it or can it be lubed without the door panel removal?

Doesn't help when you're driving around at night.......

Take off the panel to get to it better.

Personally, I'd pull the door panel, take off the switch and clean it with some electric contact cleaner.

Thanks to all that had replied. I'll try to put some lubricant/cleaner on the latch to see if it does the trick. I had opened & closed the door once when this problem occured & it has dimmed the inside lights as it is supposed to.
