Generation and Color.....

Quick story..... im at the gas station. Older white male in a clean ass Benz (i believe it was the S600 or 550 AMG one) pulls up to the pump across from me. He compliments me on my vehicle as i do his. he knew they were limited production but he assumed they came supercharged from the dealer (i had to bust his bubble on that myth). I tell him a few things about the car.. and he starts to tell me about his (i really didnt care, lol) I told him that i like the Audi's over the Benz's and he gave me a look like i was crazy lol.
We had a nice 10-15 minute convo then went our seperate ways.

This was a 60 or so something year old man... we would have probably never said a word to each other if we passed on the street. but at that moment the age and color of either of us didnt matter, cuz we were just "2 car guys" chopping it up. I love how cars can do that.

Ive met some cool ass ppl at the Marauder gatherings that i have been to... some i know i wouldnt have looked at twice on the street. but i have learned so much from so many ppl on this site and at the gatherings i have attended.

I dont know why i felt like posting this... it was just a sappy moment.
Just remember the next man probably loves his car as much as u do. And its a feeling u should understand, and it shouldn't matter the age or color.... of the person.... or their car. We all bleed blood and our cars all burn gas

Sometimes it takes a simple solution to bring two things together.
People judge before action not knowing who one is. Marauder always spark convo.
Anyone here is Jacksonville ever been to the shell gas station on Merrill and Townsend? The young lady that works in there loves these cars and wants one but just by looking at her you wouldn't think twice of her wanting one cuz it looks nice let alone knowing what marauder actually is.

GO PACK GO! Did you see that total dismantling of the Viqueens last night? I don't remember the 4th qtr...the bar I go to to watch the games gives everyone a shot when the Pack scores. They also give everyone a pre-game and a victory shot. I've been there 3 times this year; the Pack put up 49, 45, and 45 points...that's 9 shots each game, plus the 5 or 6 beers I have as well...I was hammered by halftime of each game....:beer:
