I am very excited. Tomm I am meeting with DRobin and Ed to review DRobin installing a Trilogy on his MM.

Ed did a self install last year and I followed Ed to his initial Dyno check convoy style with 2 other gear heads.

Ed said he is bringing along some detail items to take advantage of the extra hands.

DRobin's MM is truly show room. She has never even had a coat of wax!

He qill have to decide on how he wants to proceed with his Trilogy install. I think I will break the heat by putting a thumb print on hise hood!

I had so much fun doing mine that I actually couldn't wait to take it back off to do the IAT2 mod and reinstall it! Such a non aggravating, and easy major mod installing these, plus the instant pushed into the seat fun!

This post is rated E for everyone.

I was involved in several installs at the begining prior to becoming #93.
Lots of fun experiencing the transformation from mild to wild.

Ed and I met at DRobin's house this a.m and woke up the neighbors.

Ed's Trilogy self install is very impressive. Very well laid out w/ quality parts. An OEM look. Ed's car is also impressive. EBC rotors, Nitto 555, KOOKS and a rear spoiler. His MM is in excellent condition and a real sleeper.

Back in the day he would have won a fist full of pink slips.

DRobin has a lot of boxes, like Christmas morning.

His car is truly immaculate. I left a thump print where he will have to look to find it. I told him so and I am sure he is looking for it now.

I detailed my MM this week so I could be in the same driveway with Ed and DRobin.

IT was a fun afternoon and we all got charged from it.

Thanks Billy... you’re no stranger to the supercharged world and your car is a beast for sure. Also your car looks like a garage queen and not look like a high mileage car.

After looking at Donald’s car I'm not sure its even been driven much less sat in. He needs to knock the dust off those Trilogy boxes and just dive into the install. I would be willing to help with the install. Do you think he will be providing smoke shows to his neighbors after the install? BTW, I could see the grin on his face as you lit them up.

Hope to meet up with you guys again soon.

Ed

Donald neighbors do not like tire smoke. Do you have to ask me how I know?

You must have left a lasting impression because one of the neighbors came over to check out the smoke/cars then said he was going back home to get his gun so he could put a stop to the foolishness…. Is that why you didn’t show?

Good thing the hood of my MM was open because I hid behind it.

I must say that I was very grateful that Billy and Ed came over to support and encourage me to get moving on the install of Trilogy #231, and Kooks LTH project. It's a project that is long overdo for at least 9 months, and the boxes are still accumulating in my garage with still more goodies coming.

Aside from having to wash my MM after what seemed like a 5 minute burn out by none other than Billy because of the settling of floating rubber residue, I truly enjoyed the exchange of ideas and the great fellowship shared by these good and knowledgable friends.

I must get started soon or Barry will surely make me an offer for the Trilogy that I can't refuse.. LOL

Please stay tuned!
