Alternator pulley tool

I need to get splined tool for the installation and removal of the one way clutch pulley on the alternator. I've had two Motorcraft alternators fail in a year and hate the down time associated with borrowing the tool.

I have seen a kit available, I know I have seen it on the tool truck. I have also seen them on Ebay.
