I've had a minor accident and one of my exhaust tips is destroyed. Of course, they are discontinued by Ford. Where can I buy a pair of either repro or resonator deleted tips in stock diameter? :D

I also have a kinked tail pipe between the last cat and the exhaust tip. Where is the best place to have another tail pipe made that will be mandrel bent and not "necked down" like most muffler shops do?

Considering I only want original looking 3 1/2 inch tips, where are the aftermarket options? I'd appreciate any info you can provide. :)

There are aftermarket roll tips out there in 3-1/2" and 4 " but they are not 24 " inches long. They are about 6" short compared to factory tips. Happy huntin #

WOW!!!! What a business person, getting the jump on future sales :bows:. I think Cone was close to 47 set of the 4" tips that are in the making. The GB was a SUCCESS!!! This is my second set and I plan on keeping the orginals (stock) on my car.

Anyhow WELL DONE, and since we all agree the Marauder parts for sale section should be going on for these. The first VOLLY has been sent.

As I stated in post #13, people are positioning themselves for future sales on OEM tips. Some tips will be in great shape others won't and a $1.00 cheaper than anyone else's thats on the market says it all. Come the New Year there should be a market for these mostly from CV. I think people are trying to make a savy decision business wise of of course. Making NO PROFIT just trying to offset the cost of install on the new ones that was purchased.

As I stated before, the Marauder Parts for SALE section or Marauder parts wanted section, will be ON come New Year!

Guys I have a question. My exhaust is 2" in diameter. When I put tips on, do I get 2" inlets or do I need a larger diameter to fit over the stock pipe? Logic tells me to get 2" to weld and make 1 pipe but I want to make sure.

The inlets on the Marauder tips are 2 1/2" to match the Marauder tailpipes. You can weld your 2" pipes direct or use a reducer to do it.

I have a grand marquis so it is 2" but I'm pretty sure I understand now. It needs to be the same diameter so that I can weld it and make it one piece. Right?

Not necessarily. You can weld your 2" tailpipes to the 2 1/2" Marauder tips by having your muffler shop put a short pipe called a reducer between your tailpipes and the tips. This reducer has a 2" hole on one side and a 2 1/2" hole on the other. Muffler shops do this frequently. :)
