grab your old ladys hair dryer and get a popsicle stick to pry them out once you heat them up a lil bit. then just clean the remaining glue off with a gentle solvent or you can use a bit of gasoline

I am quite certain I've seen where peeps have used a blow dryer to warm up the inserts and then use fishing line to get in behind them to work them out?
Rubbing alcohol or Goo-Gone to remove the adhesive left behind.
I could be mistaken though.

Since there's nothing below them with adhesive, douse them good with goo gone. Do one letter at a time. It will loosen the glue enough to use a 90 degree pick to get under edges of letter carefully...don't get into paint. Pull straight away from bumper and be careful not to stick pick into eye. Safety glasses would be good. This is how I have removed emblems in the past. Should work in this situation.

Yes they do look good...... just tired of the look. Thinking of purchasing some reflective ones.

Have had RED Reflective ones since '03 and love them--seems to slow down folks for a bit when approaching--they don't know just what it reads at first nor if maybe I'm the Law----hee-Hee
Either case---Its a preference thing like most everything else--the good is they can be changed whenever---good luck---!
