I know I will gain throttle responce and a quicker rev. Will any of my accessories (water pump or altenator) suffer from this mod and will I need to change my fan at all?

You may have to up the idle to keep the alt pushing juice. I think the water pump isn't that much of a change.
You will also gain 1 Alabama Hotpocket.

Hmmm. If an alabama hot pocket is better than a mississippi molly whopper than count me in!

I think it like 5rwhp. Also a bit more mpg

The engine will spool up quicker, nothing will suffer from adding the underdrive pulleys, in fact they may last longer since they will rotate less. The fan is electric so there is no affect on it from the underdrives.
As mentioned, bump up the idle RPM by 200 so your lights won't dim when in gear and stopped.

I loved them for the short time I had them on. I'd buy them again if I was going to own a Marauder that's not S/C.

Same here..... took them off when I went to a electric water pump.

Agree w/fastblackmerc...
Have them on Phoebe and it's a small but noticeable improvement...by itself perhaps not worth it, but in combo with a PHP intake spacer and/or a JLT or K&N cold-air kit and it's definitely worth it. There is no down side.

The combo of the k&n and u/d pulleys is good or you have to have the spacer as well?
too make it good

It's a half hour job if you have the crank pulley puller. :P

had udp's in my beast for 18 months now. After installation, I did notice a better throttle response and lil bit of increase of RPM’s while on the highway (+ 200rpm). No ill feelings about purchasing them...
My car picked up a tenth of a second at the track with them. Cheapest gain of anything we did!

That's not possible from pulleys, unless I'm misunderstanding what it is you're trying to say.

No way that can happen with underdrives.
If you did 4.10 gears, then yes your RPMs will increase.

What does the intake spacer do? I've always heard these were a waste and often caused a whistling sound.

This forum post actually shed more light than anything I bothered to find before.
For those that don't want to click through, the key notes were that a member there that was part of a study on spacers found that on a Chevy 350 that produced 180hp, no intake spacer shorter than 1 meter (read: nothing that fit under the hood, by a long shot), produced any difference, except for throttle response lag.
Honestly, I just don't buy that they are effective. The only way I can imagine them giving some improvement would be the same way that backpressure would be beneficial: it's giving a side-effect gain based on a system that isn't designed to run at the highest efficiency in terms of power as it sits.
