Well guys I'm having some bad thoughts here. My Marauder is starting to screwup, for example:

1) My A/C-heat is blowing through the defrost holes and then after a few minutes or when I apply my brakes after a few minutes I get a/c or heat.

2) The passenger window won't go down from the main hub by me or the passenger door.

3) The guage cluster lights are starting to go out as well, actually only one has but I'm sure the other will soon.

I'm seriously contemplating selling my baby she has 92,000 miles and I'm getting ready to go to Germany for a year and can't take the car.

What to do? If these are easy fixes then I will try to get it repaired. I know search and you will find the answer. Just looking for some positive answers.

What he said, all easy fixes. I was a non Marauder owner for one day and it killed me, can't imagine being Marauder-less

EATC (defroster) issue is common and a relatively simple fix. If you're handy with simple hand tools, you can do the job yourself, otherwise contact Jim (fastblackmerc) or Russ (03mmmonroe). They're both experts at this. The parts are about $6. If you want to DIY, read this (http://www.mercurymarauder.net/forums/showthread.php?t=36922).

Gauge pod lights are also really simple and you don't even need tools for that one.

The passenger window is the only question...could be a simple connector or switch issue, or it could be a bad motor. You'll need to do some investigating with a voltmeter.

2 of them are easy fixes but feel free to sell me your car dirt cheap if you don't want to fix them. Not sure about the window.

Just a small hump in the road nothing major keep your MARAUDER!

Window switch contacts need to have the carbon buildup removed with fine sandpaper then put some dielectric grease in there.

I can fix this for you. PM me.

2) The passenger window won't go down from the main hub by me or the passenger door.

Could be a bad motor. Do the interior lights dim when you try to work the window? If so try banging the lower part of the inside door panel while working the switch.

3) The guage cluster lights are starting to go out as well, actually only one has but I'm sure the other will soon.

Again, PM me. I have green LED bulbs available.

Don't sell...............

These fixes might cost $150.00 if you have to replace a window motor.

Try holding down the switch on the one door and see if slamming the passenger front door will make the window go down. I have to do this at times to my MMs left rear window on a hot day.
