I'd find a local upholstery shop.

Bought a spare a couple of years ago for Ms. D's SB, just in case. Haven't needed it yet but figured it may come in handy some day.

Supposedly I bought the last one 2 months ago. My parts guy searched for a day before he found it. Let me know if you find another one because if there are extra, i'd pick another up. I also bought the drivers side upback. There was supposedly 1 left after my purchase.
As FBM stated, I'd find a good uphostery shop. The cushoin likely won't be molded like the stock one but no one will never know.
Also, are you sure it is the foam cushion and not the seat pan?

No luck finding one. I'm sure it's the foam. I took the seat cover off and inspected the springs and the wires and they looked ok. Then I put a cutting board on top of the seat pan an put the cover back on and I still sunk down so I'm sure it's the foam. Guess I'll wait untill my Christmas vacation and see If I can get someone to make one. I only have the one car and I can't drive without a seat.

I've taken the seats apart in police cars, due to being broken down, in those cases, it has always been the springs.
You may want to start with some police car foam and build up the bolsters from there. I do have a cop car seat bottom if that would help you any.

I'm going to probably let a shop do this one. No time to try something new. I'll pull the foam out over Xmas and drop it off while I have vacation time. Thanks for the offer.
