I Phone controls for your car!

So any of you guys figure out how to operate things like door locks, fans, valet lights, trunk opening, underbody lights and stereo from your I Phone, I Touch or I Pad yet? Pops has it figured out and working now. We will post a video in the next couple of days on some of the functions we have working. We have this stuff working using the I pad!

Here is a list!

Windows up or down.
Door locks
Door open due to no exterior handles (drivers or passengers)
Trunk
Radiator fan
Under body lamps when we install
Stereo with a lot of controls

You can do a lot of cool things if you can get it figured out! This is just a teaser so stay tuned!;)

Ya just never know what the old guys will do Jake! You can do some pretty cool stuff with this set up. Andy should be able to post up on this on Tuesday unless he gets to busy with customer jobs. So everyone should cool the jets till he has time. I saw it work for the first time about one hour ago.

You will need a controller and a wireless network set up in the car. Andy will fill in the blanks from here!

something like this was done ages ago with an old school windows phone hooked up to the car; by sending different text messages to that phone... glad someone picked up the idea... too bad it's apple that did it :p

I use the viper app now for my car. I did the install myself. I can start the car, lock and unlock doors, pop the trunk, and hit the pantic alarm.
