Hello, iīve got the follow problem:
if i start my pre heater in the morning and after one hour i will start, the interior is not warm enough and the ventīs blows not heat enough. after i start the engine, the vent blows warmer air out. my read is, that over night the pneumatic system lost vacuum.
how can i check this? where is the blend air door for select warm or cold air?

The blend door is in the middle of and behind the dash. Not very easy to get to.

You can tee-in a vacuum gauge and check it in the morning. I think the system will lose vacuum, probably nothing you can do about it.

What about a remote start?

where is the blend door actuator? which color has the tube?
where are the possible locations for loose vacuum?
remote start is not allowed in germany!

Turn on the car, don't start it, see if the air is coming our the defrost vents.
