Satisfaction Feeling!

I really like the satisfaction of working on cars and seeing that the repair WORKED.

I just did a VERY difficult repair to my 16 year old son's 1990 Celica power steering system tonight and was elated that it worked out. He was panicked for a while (and I was too) that he might be out of wheels for a day or two, but I made it happen for him.

You guys know that feeling when you know the repair worked? :beer:

Likewise, I have had a few.....setbacks at times. Like when I did the bearing in the rear axle, the car was laid up fo days and when i finally realized what I was doing wrong it was something stupid.

I could not have done the repairs I have tried without this site and ones like it. Thanks guys!!

Yep, push the go pedal and it makes me smile everytime. All mods I've installed myself. Had to get an alignment today at the dealer however. No way around that one...

Working on my cars my self especialy my mm is the main reason i have it, i enjoy spinning my own wrenches!
