:help: Do you know if the cars that have been built and ready to be shipped out, are kept out in the weather or are they stored inside? If they are kept out in the snow for a month or more before being shipped, does it harm the car in anyway?

Bruce - They are most likely stored outside. :(

Unlike inproperly wrapped chicken in the freezer....No, the marauder will not get freezer burn :P

Boy, this must be really bothering you, enough to start a second thread!
We assure you, she'll be fine. When this arctic snap is over, and temps come up a little bit, they'll be back on the rails in no time.

In the mean while, watch the weather channel, and perhaps have everyone in your neighborhood prop fans, facing roughly north by north east, and maybe, just maybe, you folks can blow a little warm weather up our way and help the thaw.:D

Thank you. Where we live, anything below 50, we class as extreme cold. If I could, I would sent some warm weather your way. In July, when it is about 120, I'll be sure and send you a bottle of Havasu Heat.

I know of the pains you are experiencing, as my soul was in a very dark place during the month they lost my Marauder during shipping, but it will be worth it when it finally arrives. The wait is very painful, and very depressing, but when it finally arrives, you will be as happy as most of us here have been! Maybe it will arrive just in time for spring? This region is about to get buried in ice and freezing precipitation tonight and all day Sunday, so who knows how badly things will further get delayed by?

Not to worry man. Mine's under 2' of snow, and it's -30 out. It's a freezer.

It'll be fine.

Same here... we just got our deep freeze back.

My Honda tires were square this morning at 8 am when I set off for the h/w store. :(

Yup. Nothing like cold weather for a rough ride! Takes me 5 or 6 km to get enough heat in the tires so I don't spill my coffee!

Same here , but it was nice enough to melt the snow cover off the car. Have to go to Truro tomorrow( 60 miles ) it'll be the Tercel, too much salt and crap on the road .
