MM on Ellen show ???

My wife was watching the Ellen Degeneres Show yesterday and they showed an accident showing a motorcyce rider trapped under a burning car and the group of people who ignored the fire and LIFTED the car off him and saved his life. I am sure the car was a black Marauder' Anybody here???? Maury

I think the incident that you are talking about happened back on 12 September. Car was a black BMW .... not a Marauder. Headlights not correct. Wheels were different.

The article says "The accident happened just before noon on U.S. Highway 89 near the Utah State University campus. Police say BMW sedan pulled out from a parking lot, and an oncoming motorcycle was unable to stop."

I must say I'm surprised that so many people came together to help the guy.
Around here everyone would have just stood there in shock. Getting 20+ people to lift up a burning car would never happen.
Almost gives me some faith in humankind lol.

He meant HIS Marauder, with all the chrome & trophies in the trunk, it probably weighs an extra 1600 Lbs. :D

But at least I drew attention to a great act of courage. THe cyclist is in the hospital with some pretty bad burns, but definitely will recover. I guess myh old eyes are failing me--sooo sad:D Maury
