This past weekend we finally had time to retune my Trilogy Marauder.

It came to me with a tune from another shop and dyno sheets showing that it made about 440 but it had some driveability issues that I was unhappy with. Also it was only getting about 14.5 miles to the gallon.

My dyno shows that the car is now only making 426 compared to the old 440, but the driveability is way better and the car feels much snappier. We could have definitely gotten some more power out it but I did not want the car being near the edge because I will be daily driving it.

I am logging gas mileage, but so far it seems to be better. I will know once I have run a few tanks through it.

I am pleased with the results and, most imprtantly, the driveability improvements we got out of the car.

Wonder why the gas mileage is so poor. With that kind of power I'd think you'd be getting in the 20mpg range. Life's little mysteries.

Well I'd say you made out pretty good :beer: You may have to take an updated group shot of your rides in front of your shop/garage for us to drool at, it has been a while.

When the weather warms up, I will!

Or, you could just come down, I will smoke some pork butts and get Mizz MO to do some cooking and we can hang out!

Y'all pick a weekend sometime in April or after and I am down for it.

I recommend April and May becuase after that it starts to get HOT!!!!

Great to hear more Trilogys are being daily driven, I hear ya on drivability, I'm at 418/416 and now I'm sure a little less for the winter tune, pulled some timing to keep the tires from frying at light throttle.What fun to watch the faces:eek::eek:

This car is probably the most balanced performance oriented driver I have had.

I love it.

This week I commuted wih my wife in her Honda. Next week I will be on my own. Wanna guess what car I will be driving?

The car is awesome and I love it for sure.

When I first spoke to Tony, I asked him to send the car to us for a looksee.

I wish he had done that but he said he wanted out of the car.

I was lucky. It could have been far worse, that is for sure.

Marty, are you still using the JBA headers that he had put on? Or are they not right for the marauder application. Causing the tick?
