M8x1.25 150mm
That is what I used for my swap brackets.

Here's the info I got from Terry G. when I received my brackets:
You will need;
8x1.25 x 25mm Hex head 3 ea. Tensioner to bracket
150mm 2 Tensioner Bracket to block
160mm 1 Tensioner Bracket to block
45mm 1 Alt. to bracket
90mm 1
All thread bolt to go through the idler, through the bracket and will become the other Alt. mount.
110mm 3 Alt. bracket to engine
1.25 washers 11

I had Terry send me the right bolts recently for cheap $$$. He's Da Man!!! :beer: Just noticed my bolts are a bit different since it's the Terry bracket with extra idler.

Did you just quote yourself, then edit the quote? :D Nice one silly! You have a different bracket than I do, so, I can't help too much. Black oxide is fine. You can use painters tape over the threads or drill some holes in a block of wood, make sure the bolts are cleaned with isopropyl alcohol, paint them whatever color you want with an engine enamel.
The bolts will hold up fine. Do you know if they're 8.8? Not sure about the washers. I didn't need any with my brackets. My bolts are flat head, countersunk.

OK,let me see if I got this right...The bolts in black oxide are fine? I don't care about the color only if they will hold up and do the job...Also any answer on the washers??? 1.25 inner diameter or outer diameter..I bought the 1.25 outer diameter,as I said,the 1.25 inner diameter are HUGE...Also Thank you Racer X,I can always count on you to try and help out....Thank you....bugsy.......:bows:

The 11 1.25 washers on Terrys parts list...My main concern was that the bolts in black oxide 8.8 would do the job...I have since learned(after I bought them) that 10.9 or 12.9 would have been better....If need be I'll exchange what I have for steel 12.9's if I have to...Assuming fastenal goes for it....Funny thing is Fastenal has a store here in Myrtle Beach but,they don't carry the bigger bolts...Have to go on line...Been a while Mr.Cheesehead,when and where is the next Carolina Marauders get together???....bugsy....:) P.S. Racer X (who has generously given me help and advice)seems to feel I'll be OK with what I have...(talking bolts again)

Tensile strength on an 8.8 bolt is 150,000psi. Per bolt. No probs. ;)
