Buyers beware of car dealer in TX

Dealer is advertising a MM for sale in AutoTrader that was sold in December 2010. Ad was never taken down. I know because I know the buyer/owner and have seen car and CarFax. I reported it to AutoTrader and they have done nothing.

I too have wondered about them. Always seem to have DTR's for sale. The same ones.
