Help with some Metco stuff *pic*

I received this stuff in a bulk purchase of eaton swap parts. Is this the correct lower pulley and any help with identification on the other parts would be great. Thanks!

looks right, your gona have to measure it to see how many psi it is. you dont need the other stuff, its for a cobra, sell it on a mustang forum and recoup some cash

I didn't think I needed any of it. Any idea what the metco bracket/plate goes to or replaces on the cobra?

Also wshere can I find the measurements to determine the psi?

not sure what its used for on the cobras, measure the DIA of the black part to figure out how many psi it is
