As for Carfax, don't trust a car just because Carfax states it's clean. I could crash my car into a pole today, have my two buds fix it like new and have it for sale by Saturday. She'd look like mint according to Carfax. ;)
Does the colour look different from the front door forward? Wonder why the passenger front mat is on the drivers side. I've emailed the seller to satisfy my enquiring mind.

CarFax is a good start is what I meant. Every safety measure has a go-around, and nothing is better than a good close hands-on examination.

Yes, the cluster is a US market one, but if you can read the odo, you have great eyes. I think the owner probably (hopefully?) did the conversion and listed it. That would make it a 60K mile car or so....even more fishy for the asking price.
