DTC Lean bank 1 and 2

:help: My mm is throwing a code for lean bank one and two. I had just cleaned the filter so figured it was a dirty maf. I pulled it, cleaned it, and reset the code. It returned not too long after. It seems to be running fine. Could it be a bad o2 sensor? Thoughts?

Sounds like a vacuum leak. Check the band clamps on the zip tube for the air filter and the PCV.
