I think that I am almost done gathering eaton swap items. Here is what I either have or have ordered and what I think I need. Anything missing or out of place here?
On hand, or ordered items:
Eaton blower, Plenum, Throttle body, Lower intake, Lightning Maf, Mafia, 80lb injectors (too big?) Metco lower pulley, Metco blower pulley, brackets, Zack Modified Coolant Crossover, Zack rear cooling setup, Stryker fuel pump, Egr delete kit, Trilogy Heat exchanger and cobra heat exchanger, Heat exchanger plumbing, Correct intake coolant tube, Motorcraft Alt pulley GP 712, Group 58 battery tray
The list of what I believe I still need:
Items needed:
Intercooler
Intercooler pump
Pigtail for Pump
Gates Belt (size?)
Group 58 Battery
40a Boost a pump (?)
Longer battery cable
Dealer parts to buy:
Intake gaskets
Intake bolts
Intercooler bolts
Belt tensioner 2R3Z-6B209-AA
Throttle cable bracket 2R3Z-972-8BA
Ribbed idler pulley F5RZ-6C348-A
Let me know. Also any ideas of a place for a good tune in Houston TX or surrounding areas?
Thanks!

Gonna need an air intake tube, an air filter, and the adaptor to mount to the MAF.
Do you have a hub to mount the lower pulley ring to?
What's the flow rate on the Stryker fuel pump?
Have you picked up or are your planning to order an IAT2 sensor for the blower?
Intercooler Cooler Reservoir
What's your pulley combination, that'll determine what size belt you need for the blower.
IMO, 80 lb injectors are massive overkill unless you're planning to make mega-HP, but hey, if the price was right, then good stuff. Better too big than too small.

No need for 80lb injectors. Your block will blow long before you max out even 42lb injectors, and I would imagine that 80lb injectors are a nightmare to dial-in in the tune.
Also, when you list "brackets," do you mean the alt relocation bracket and such?

A good tuner will dial in your 80lbs injectors just fine.

Where can I find the info on the IAT2 sensor. I have the reservoir in the mail as we speak. I also ordered all of the bolts/hardware from fastenal after I posted as well as the ford dealer items in one shot as well. The 80lb injectors are brand new and were given to me by a friend. So it was the best price :D I have the adapter for the lower pulley, just need to measure to see what lb pulley I have. I have several uppers so I am sure I can get something matched up. (even if I have to trade etc) I also worked a deal on a used BAP from another forum so I should have that soon also. :D:D:D
Here is the info on the pump. The price was right too

You don't need intake gaskets.
The ones on the car and be used again? I'm pretty sure its too late at this point. I ordered them already :(

Yes, I have the relocation brackets. I was told either way on the injectors. It won't be that big of a deal to swap them on SVT performance if its an issue. I am sure they would be gone in 5 minutes. They are brand new set and were free to me. So its all good

Can't I just swap the whole JLT intake over to the other side? I was thinking that would work.

Correct. Just like many other gaskets on the MM.
P.S. Install new O-rings on the COT, or you'll be sorry you didn't.

Free is good! :D
I cheked back in my notes, here's what have for the IAT2 sensor:
IAT sensor: DY-754 /pigtail: WPT-322
(FordNut ADDENDUM: I couldn't find the number out in the garage for the OEM Cobra IAT Sensor, called the dealer's parts dept and they looked it up. This ought to be it: 3U2Z-14S411-SSA)
You may want to contact Tasca Ford or Ray the Dealer to confirm the p/n.
The Ford GT fuel pump is rated somewhere around 250 - 255 lph, looks like that Stryker fuel pump oughta do it, it's rated at 340 lph... ;)

Justbob and I tried to use my JLT on the right side and it would not fit. So I gave part of it to him and another part to CBT. I used the OEM Cobra intake with my 90mm MAF and JLT filter and shield.

Strengthen up the battery tray too. One on each side really stiffens up the tray. Thanks to Justbob Motorsports for that one!!

I also made a bracket to hold the fuse box nicely too. I have it going from the frame to under the filter to the bottom of the fuse box.

Another bracket I made to help stiffen up the side and give a little space between the box and fender.

Just some more ideas to think about.

I used the IAT sensor for the Ford Lightning with the supercharger. It's cheap$$ and works.
And it's threaded. So you just have to drill a hole and tap it.

perfect. I was thinking of going in that direction anyhow. I have read about 350 pages on people going back and forth :argue: about the damn things. I have a headache from looking at everything. lol

just realized you are in houston also. have you talked to PSI about tuning it? they did all the work on my harley f-150, do a lot of 03-04 cobras, 1999-2004 Lighnings, 2007+ GT 500s, etc. and are VERY good. One of the mechanics who has been there for a while also has a DTR. Actually, I may stop in there this afternoon because I have couple engine questions for them.
regardless, we should meet up and talk shop!

I didn't get any suggestions about tuning in the Houston area. I did get a suggestion from Zack a while back but I had a brain fart and it was an old email so it is gone. lol. We should meet up sometime. Even have a couple of  I will look up PSI and check it out.
Thanks!

I'd definitely consider PSI for tuning the swap. Patrick is great and knows his stuff. There are alot of 600+ rwhp daily/street driven cobras and Lightnings on the streets of houston thanks to him. Once my marauder goes under the knife for major surgery, he will be the one tuning it.

Pigtail for the IC pump is the same as an EV1 Fuel Injector plug, you can get it off any older car. I got mine off a salvaged truck.

Oh yeah. I forgot about that. Great way to save some more $$$$$
My IC pump came with the pig tail.
