There was no "Blackout Package" available.
Aftermarket installation.

All it is the chrome trim around the windows is painted and black powder coat rims. For a black out mod car he's missing light tint

Mine has black rims with chrome center caps, I had them done in 2003. Hot Power Tour Long Hauler in 2003-2004! I have been at Woodward since 2005.
