Im averaging between 230-260 miles on 3/4 tank ( typically get gas at 1/4 tank) thats like 14 mpg. Mainly driving around town minimal hwy driving. With mods i have does that seem about average? Mods are in my signature below. Typi al driving for me is just cruising around with the occasional run through a gear or two

I was at 17-18 before my tune. Now, I'm at 15-16.

I'm not jumping on if any more "Post Tune".

Man, it's like the MPG of these cars somehow gets lower every year. :( I ended up getting different mileage with different tunes with all other mods the same;

I typically saw better gas mileage out of the Lidio tune than I did the Zack tune. It got to where if I KNEW I was going on a long trip, I'd load up the Lidio tune before I hit the road and could typically enjoy around 25MPG. Around town though, especially where I knew I was gonna goose it more, I loaded up the Zack tune for what felt like better lower-speed pep, and my average MPG with that tune was around 19. What's sad is I thought I had bad fuel economy at 19, apparently I was doing very well...

To note, my list of mods besides the tune was: 4.10 rear gear, JLT Intake, catless exhaust with stock piping and aftermarket muffler, and MMX driveshaft from DR. That's all I can think of that might in some way affect MPG at least...

I get 3 tanks to a set of rear tires, no clue what that works out to in miles per gallon.

Epic

I would also assume my right foots relationship with the loud pedal may be a direct factor in mpg

I've been driving my MM a lot more since I started racking up miles on my Taurus and have less than 13k miles left on my warranty.Since I put on my snow tires and winter blend gas is here I've been getting 17.7-18.0 mpg. My commute is about 60 miles round trip, morning traffic is stop and go, evening is a straight shot since I wait until all the rush hour pass through. With summer blend gas and summer tires I usually get 19-21 mpg and can see up to 23-24 mpg when I'm doing all highway like on a trip.

I was thinking about restoring the stock tune for my next long road trip as I was at 22-24 pre-tune and am at 19-21 with the tune on the highway.

Same speeds.

I can get about 350 miles to a tank thats what I got going to Carlise last year with about a 16th of a tank left.I owne and drive a Marauder,Im not worried about gas mileage. You can thank all those people for buying those little 40 mile per gallon cars, they are helping to push up fuel prices.I hope they are happy when gas is over 4 bucks a gallon for that stupid little car! :D

Here's what I have for an average. That's a little more than a year of driving in every condition.

The last time I recorded my fuel mileage was on my way to MV9. I think I filled up after 347 miles and pumped in 18.5 gallons of gas. 18.7 smiles per gallon.

4.10 gears and Eaton swap with the heavy foot option.

Took a quick pic before I turned off the car.

Surprised I made it to the gas station.

I Never will let it go this low again.

Will resetting to factory tune with 4.10s help any with MPG? ( I know the speedo will be off ).

It's like clockwork, every quarter tank is 100 miles except for the last quarter when I get scared and fill up with 360+ miles on tank.

Spectragod is right it is miles per smiles not miles per gallon. Since I put the magnet thing on the fuel lines I get 125 miles per gallon.

Personal research showed I got better gas milage with the factory intake and the K&n intake as opposed to the jlt cold air unit with the Reinhart fre flow filter., with all test / I got a hair better throttle response with the JLT:burnout:
