Box them up and take them to UPS to weigh. Then post the weight and the zip code they'll ship from. This will give people a good idea what shipping cost.

I just shipped out a set of the 4" Megs to Michigan and the cost was 16.87. I figure these will be around the same. If they are over 15 I'll pay for the difference. Hope this helps.

I went ahead and changed it to 100.00 including shipping to keep it simple.
