Still having this problem. At a start and when I get off the gas my idle is steady dropping tell my battery light comes on every time... At a cold start it will not stay running.. Now I bought a brand new IAC from ford dealer and still nothing.. Any help appreciated.. Not trying to spend to much don't want to take away from my $$ for my build I'm getting ready to do.. Hope its a quick fix...

My guess is a vacuum leak.

How many miles are on the car ? How old is the gas in the tank ? Put some good fuel injector cleaner in the tank I like Lucus. I feel the same as mentioned most likely it is a vacum leak. Check the snorkle fittings & vacum lines. As mentioned clean MAf. If you haven't changed the fuel filter it is a good time for upgrade to larger filter. Put a volt meter on on each coil pack & alternator check output reading. Also check plugs.

This is probably a stupid question, but have you cleaned or replaced the Idle Air Control Motor. Mine started acting up at around 52K miles. I replaced it, but the new one was idling too high, so I cleaned the original and put it back in. Everything is OK now.

My guess is a vacuum leak.
I agree, If it is it'll be up under or around the intake, Or it could be a bad T.P.S.
Honk your horn, I'm reloading.....
