Bbk longtube mach 1 (auto) headers

Okay i know its been brought up before but im having trouble trying to find the old post. Will the bbk longtubes for a 03 mach 1 automatic work on the marauder? I kinda remember someone says it will, just takes a little tweaking. Am i wrong or right? Thanks for your time.

I believe so, shimming, steering shaft clearance and egr added to passenger side since it is on the DS for the Mustang.

In the end you are still better off buying SW or KOOKS.

I believe justbob did something similar of what you are describing, he had to cut, weld and modify quite a bit. Just buy some SW's and be done with it.

Yup, don't know if they were BBKs or not, but yeah, he made 'em fit with some work.

Thanks for posting Ken. This wasn't that difficult to do. Similar to a shorty install. You can pick these BBK's on the cheap. I've got'em on my ride. Landy can attest. Musclemerc would attest, but he is no longer with us on MM.net. Try him over on chicago SVT forums.

Wow guys, thanks for all the positive feedback. Yes, I will be getting a good deal on the LT's and I'm also on a budget so I feel this is a good road to go down. With the information a got and a good friend with a performance exhaust shop I should come out on top. Thanks kmasti and ctrlraven for the archive I was looking for. Drive fast have fun!

500 or cheaper. I got a friend in a high place so i may make out like a bandbit.
