And I'm near the equator! Is that Georgia cracker-speak for the Mason-Dixon line? ;)

The Mason-Dixon line is the Equator. That's how they teach it in school down here!!!

If I was closer to MD, I'd do the wrench work for some beer that we could both enjoy  , but I'm in NY! :(

On a side note, what is the benefit of your 2 gauge mod if you don't mind me asking marauder410?

marauder410 is doing what is considered "The Big 3 Wiring Upgrade"

Definition: the "Big Three" upgrade means improving the current capacity of three cables: 1) alternator positive to battery positive, 2) battery negative to chassis, and 3) engine ground to chassis. Some people replace the factory wiring; others add additional cables to the factory wiring.

I removed the factory cables and used 2 & 4 gauge cables.

What is the benefit of the "Big Three" upgrade on a stock MM, or is it only recommended for modified MM's?

Thanks in advance fastblackmerc!
