When I moved the Marauder from over fresh packed snow, I saw some drops of coolant in the snow.
I'm speculating a water pump is needed, I've been meaning to change it anyway.
Add it to the list :P

What brand/type of wp do you plan to install.

I saved this in my favorites so when I have an issue with my wp, I plan on getting this:

why would a coolant leak immediately point you towards the pump?

I believe there is a hole at the bottom of the water pump. Check to see if it's leaking there. If it is it's water pump time.

+1 on that theres a whole lot more it could be and +2 considering U have a S/C I/C unit to.

Another reason why it's good to use orange in the IC system and green in the engine cooling system. There's half the battle right there.

That's why you should use 2 different colors of coolant, it helps point you in the right direction in the event of a leak.

There's also the A/C accumulator's dye which might look similar to coolant.

Bradley, before you rip your hair out, be sure it is not a chemical reaction of snow coming off rusty cats.

I've seen it before in my drive, I couldn't figure it out. There were times I had to run up the drive with a foot of snow. My buddy had it happen a year later, took his truck in to dealer. He had orange antifreeze in his. But the snow had green.

It is a rare occurrence, because hardly anyone parks a car with snow up to it's belly or has it accumulated on the cats.

My I/C pump weeps a bit of coolant when it's really cold out, mainly due to the differing expansion rates of the plastic, rubber, metal etc.

i bet its from the exhaust. for whatever reason the water that gathers in the exhaust and dripps out the drain holes in the mufflers show up yellow in snow. its that way on all cars

Don't eat green snow!

I took the members advice and went green for the regular coolant and gold for the IC,
I never heard of the reaction that shows up color in the snow.
I'll double check all the suggestions but I'm checking Water pump first.
Thanks for all the posts,

The culprit appears to be the reciever/dryer leaking . It is also causing the A/C clutch to repeated on off clicking, because it is low on refrigerant.
