Most people here go with the addco's.

I'd go with the solid bars. I think the MM is too heavy for the tubular (hollow bars).

Obvious solid bars flex less then hollow ones.

For 2002 through 2009...

The front bar of Ø1-1/4" solid is Addco #2196, weighs about 23lbs.
The Ø1" rear solid bar is Addco #650, weighs about 13lbs.
Bars from them include mounting hardware, end links, and bushings.

I have the Addco's and love how they track and the car with some goodyears sticks like a rat with tennis shoes but WTS I am thinking about going back stock. A long distance run of say 200 miles or more is a little bumpy to me. Love the cornering but not so much for the comfort. flame suit on.

Just about everyone has done the solid bars. I can't think of anyone who has done the tubular set-up. Tubular bars will save you a little weight but if you ever get a bend in them they are junk. I'd go with the tried and true solid bars unless you are building a race car.:)

Sway bars essentially "float" when not cornering so there shouldn't have been any decrease in ride comfort, at least not in a straight line. Tire pressure affects the ride more than sway bar stiffness. Maybe the bushings are worn or too tight? Were they properly greased when installed?

Any issues with Addco's install on a OEM suspension?

Pretty straight forward swap. Read over the directions and follow them and you should have no problems.

Some guys swap the Addco end links for Moog's which are a wee bit beefier. Not sure if you need to drill the mounting point holes bigger.

This.

Tubular bars are the same rate as solid but weigh less.

Yeah it will ride alot firmer and such but will handle so much better, but like anything good there is a trade off.these bars are stiff as hell for sure.

Running solid front and rear Addco bars here! Do yourself a favor and spend a little more money and get the Energy Suspension greasable bushing/bracket kits. The Addco bushings I have squeak real bad and require greasing every few months. Other members have had this same issue.

If you're worried about weight, buy a Honda Civic.

I've had the Addco front and rear installed for over 70k and had never heard a peep out of them. Just grease them with synthetic lube when you install them. You need to use synthetic lube not regular grease as regular grease will destroy the Addco bushings.

It's been 7 or 8 years since I got them so I'm sure the prices have changed.
