Torque convertor install?

I'm having trouble installing my new torque convertor. Its actually hitting the pump housing on the transmission before its sets all the way. The new tourqe convertor is actually wider then the original witch appears to be part of the problem. It's a billet circle d triple disc convertor. I'll call them on Monday but any idea on what I'm missing?

It should fit fine unless you have a bad pump on the tranny. How many times did it click

3....what has me a little concerned is the old tc fits just fine.

If the old TC fits fine just call Chris and tell him what's going on.
