Does anyone know the diameter of the stock front sway bar OR the part number for the energy suspension greaseable bushing that will work with it? Thanks.

To the best of my knowledge, your stock swaybar is 28.0mm and the part number for the swaybar is 3W7Z-5482-DA. I hope that helps.
I also sent you a PM about the bushings.

So if the front stock sway bar on a Marauder is 28mm then the right part number is 9.5163g correct? Anyone keep their stock bar and add the bushings and Moog endlinks?

I kept my OEM front sway bar and put on Moog endlinks.
I was also going to use the Moog sway bar bushings but they were wrong ones.
Stock bushings are round and Moog was flat.

I guess I just going to replace the front sway bar bushings with OEM from the stealership.

Screamn- do the stocks look like these?

if not what do you mean by round and flat?

The stock OEM bushing itself is completely round.
While the Moog replacement bushings are like the ones you showed in the above example for the greasable Energy Suspension bushings.
If you look under your car you'll see what I'm talking about and trying to explain in writing.

Continued....
There is no flat surface that butts up against the frame like the Moogs or Energy Suspension bushing.
Where the arrow is pointing is what I'm trying to explain to you.
Hope this helps.

Hopefully other members will chime in if they put on different ones that are greaseable.

All the bushings I have ever changed looked like the ES ones pictured. The ES ones don't just come with the bushing but a new clamp as well so all you reuse is the factory bolts plus the flat shim that goes between the frame and the bushings.
Screamn please post a photo as too what you have on yours as numerous people have changed these over the years and I have never heard pf them being completely round with no flat. I have had the addco swaybars for so long I don't really remember what the stocks looked like.

The stock front bar has bushings that were molded to the bar to provide a "preload" on the bar. You may have some trouble replacing them if the bond still exists - the one I took of of mine 5 years ago still has the bushings attached to the bar and they don't look like they are coming off anytime soon w/out some serious cutting/heat.

Thanks, I see it now. Like i said I completely forgot what the OEM ones looked like.
If you can remove the stock bushing from the bar per what Krytin said above the ES ones would be fine as they come w/new clamps to replace the factory ones (not sure about the Moogs). Just make sure to reuse the plate that is between the stock bushing and frame.
The important measurement is the distance from the center of the bushing (the hole where the sway bar passes through) and the side of the bushing that makes contact with the spacer plate. If this distance is the same the ES bushings will work fine. I know there are threads that have the P/Ns for the bushings used with the stock bar but I'm at work and can't spend to much time digging right now. If I get home from work early enough tonight I'll take a look and see if I have the P/Ns on my MM project spreadsheet.

Thank you cougar9150! ;)
Those P/Ns will really help if you can find them.

I didn't have time to look last night but checked my spreadsheet this morning and didn't see anything for the stock bars. It should be the 25mm bushing listed on the Advanced Auto, I'll look up the ES bushings tonights.

Oh well. Thanks for looking.
It appears that the stock bar replacement bushings need to be purchased from the stealership.
Maybe time to get addco's???? :drive:

Per stealership, front sway bar has been discontinued and the stock bushings come with the bar and not sold seperately.
Addcos will be my choice when my front bushings are trash. Now even more of a reason to go aftermarket.
