The paint on this car was way too thick, the fact that it was painted more than once before I took delivery and the DTR bumper makes me think it was damaged sometime before it was shipped.

My bumper was repaired before I took delivery of the car from the dealer as well. It was black but I saw it didn't look right, the dealer fixed it and told me it had a previous repair to it.
