So I've notice my windows lag it to react or just to start going up when I press the button?? I noticed it more when I do both front windows at same time only one will start going up or none till I do one by one?? It's weird I think Maybe the window switches are going bad or not enough power is going into the switches that they don't seem to want to go up or really slowly... Any ideas??

The windows guides in the Marauder and the Crown Vic/Grand Marquis are notorious for this issue. This was reported commonly during the early years 2004-2005. Haven't seen it mentioned much since then. Generally points to binding of the window in the window guides. Sometimes some graphite or silicone lubrication will help. If not, you may need to get the window guides aligned.

A few things...from experience and a best friend who works on ford vehicles all day:
The driver side window switch is notorious for dying, I recall paying around $25-30 last time. Rain guards can help a bit as it's usually due to water/moisture dripping right onto it.
As far as the window lagging, it could be just simply in need of a good greasing.
If greasing doesn't do the trick, I'd ask/shop around for the best deal on a new regulator, as it's the same part for a number of cars and relatively easy to find and inexpensive.
I've gone through all 3 scenarios with both my MMs, but luckily seems once you get past these issues, they stay away for much longer if they ever come back.

I got the same front window problems. I think the binding can cause the motor to burn out. Then you have the switch problem. My passenger side as all 3

My drivers side window works fine, no lag, but when fully closed noticed the window (top left corner) had shifted forward about 1/4 inch, no wind noise, just a little off. A tap down on the switch and the window straightens out.. Do I need some grease, (What kind?) or an adjustment?

My passenger window is slow to close but only when it is around 40-45 degrees out and below. Odd.

Yeah my rear passenger switch is bad, brings the window down but it won't bring it back up, I have to do it from my driver side switch to bring it back up (O.O)

Probably just need to re-solder the wire that is "broke" on that switch. Someone did a great write up on here about. Pictures and everything. Should be able to find it using the search function.
