Hey guys, I'm new to the forum.
I don't currently own a Marauder, but I want to get one!

First, I'm looking to trade straight up for one of my "toys":

1970 Ford Torino Cobra(cloned) -
Mild externally balanced 460ci Big Block, TCI Streetfighter C6, 3,200 stall, Hurst V-Matic II ratching shifter, 9" rear with 3.70:1 gear & Trac-Loc.
Hot Rod Black exterior, 100% custom black vinyl int w/SVT seats(all matching int.), new American Racing Torq-Thrust II 15" rims. Has all the Cobra body panels(except for the GT hood), Cobra Grille, Cobra tail lights, and Cobra int.
Pics CAN be provided.

OR

1971 Ford Torino vintage NHRA drag car "Lost Wages" -
Nasty 521ci big block 950cfm Street Demon carb.(possibly changing it up to a tunnel ram/dual quad setup), big tube headers, etc... Custom built Parkerized C6 trans with trans brake, 4,500 stall, and manual reverse valve body, Cheetah manual gate shifter with reverse pattern, driveshaft loop, line-lock, 9" rear end with 4.56:1 gears and a full spool. Hoosier Quick Time slicks 31x12x15's and 4" Moroso skinnys up front, two sets of rims.
Metallic blue exterior with pro-stock hood scoop and pins, no interior except roll cage, bucket seat, shifter, black GT door panels, and custom aluminum dash w/gauges & switches.
All business.
Previous owner ran mid-10's on it(all motor), I haven't gotten it to a track yet... :(

I value them both about the same, so I'll trade either one for a Marauder, just take your pick!
If no one wants to trade, I'll sell off ONE of them outright and just buy a Marauder.

The "Cobra" has all new brakes and shocks BTW.
KYB's up front, and Monroe air adjustables in the rear.
New brake pads, rotors, wheel bearings, seals, drums, shoes, wheel cylinders, hardware, master cylinder, power brake booster, etc...

Unfortunately though, there don't appear to be many around here in south Texas. I've searched local craigslist pages and autotrader, with a few exceptions (and questionable listings) there is nothing to speak of.


It's actually kinda painful seeing so many FANTASTIC Marauders for sale at stupid low prices, only to find out they are somewhere in the midwest or even in the northeast. :(

Sadly, I just put mine up for sale yesterday in here. Looks like you'd be in the market for a more radically built MM but if mine isn't sold in the next couple weeks I will be going to Chicago once the snow and salt crap is gone off the roads and I may also make a run down to Austin to see some other family members. Let me know if you may be interested. I can't bite on one of the Torinos but OMG they are both fine rides.

Try selling 1 or both of those machines. Try a niche site, not just Autotrader or something and set-up a nice ad. Use the cash to find a nice MM somewhere and have it shipped out to you. Supply and demand. If you're in an area with few for sale, they're $$. Here in northeast, there's several around often. If you find a MM you're interested in far away from you, ask around on the site. There are members all over the country who will be willing to go check cars out, take pics, videos, test drives, etc... Happens all the time.

Aw crap! What happened, Wes Well, the dude(Ryan) who bought it, and I was gonna trade me for, isn't able to pick up the MM... The guy he bought it from took the money, gave him a bill of sale, and made an agreement for Ryan to come back with a trailer the next day. Well the next day rolls around, and now BOTH his phone lines are disconnected, and the MM in the "unlocked" garage isn't there. Neither the owner, or car is anywhere to be found.... So long story short, yes it totally blows for me, but it's worse for Ryan, cause he's out the $$$ now...

I have a '92 Mitsubishi 3000GT VR4 that can be added onto the trade table now as well.
Twin-turbo 3.0L V6, AWD, 4WS(under 20mph), 5-speed manual trans, automatic rear spoiler.
All factory, all stock, with 137,xxx on the ODO, but has been freshened up 2yrs ago.
Pearl white exterior, black & red leather interior, front bra(black), custom car cover, original Mitsubishi 6-spoke aluminum wheels(NOT the heavy chrome ones).

Might be willing to swing 2 of mine for the right Marauder!

Okay, in case anyone is interested, I currently have an offer for BOTH my cars in trade for a black on black, 6-speed, '94 Toyota Supra(Turbo).
This thing on a street tune setting runs 660HP/680TQ on only 22lbs. boost, and runs on pump gas.
On it's race tune setting, it runs a blistering 744HP/780TQ(*rear wheel power*) on 32lbs. of boost, on race fuel, with meth. inj.
Has well over $60k. invested in original car cost AND mods, including a second set of drag rims and tires, and an unused N2O kit. This thing is SIC!

I'd be willing to trade it off for a REALLY nice supercharged/procharged Marauder if there's any takers. :)
