2003 VIN # description

I know the last six digits of the VIN # indicate the assy.line number. Is this the actual vehicle count number? How many Maurauders were built in 2003?:confused:

No Maurauders that we know of in 2003. :rolleyes:

There were 11,052 Marauders built in 2003-2004.

7,838 in 2003
3,214 in 2004

Marauder VINs were not sequential and had Grand Marquis mixed in. So, you can't necessarily tell from the VIN. They didn't come off the line in VIN order either.
