Refurbishing Trilogy #005

Repolishing the inlet and throwing some new powder on the blower.:) Enjoy the pics. Before pics except for the bolts, thats before and after.

And some after pics. I need to hit the main inlet some more. I know it looks good but still has some marks from harsh cleaning supplies.;) Got most of the big scratch out of it tho.

And some of the stripped blower ready for some powder. Knocked down some of the casting roughness so the powder lays better. And some shots of the porting work.

Yeah the blower itself will be in one piece. I will leave the inlet off so the fuel rails can go on and the throttle bracket.

Well all was going well till........... I dropped the blower and cracked the case.:o But I found a whipple for a good price to replace it.
