What's up, I'm new to this forum. I just recently picked up a 03 marauder with 70k miles from Vacaville Nissan. I'm loving it BUT it needs a lil bit more power to hang with my boys 6.0l GTO and my cousins charger r/t. I wanted to know if there is anybody or a good shop in the bay area that can do a eaton supercharger swap?

You wont pass Cali emissions with an eaton swap. Vortech isthe only emissions legal supercharger in Cali. There is a way to get supercharger for a mach 1 to mount on and pass but i forget the details.

Welcome to the collective.
AED in Sacramento or ... there is another shop in Campbell area -drawing a blank on their name.
As for the Eaton, not sure if they are CARB legal, but you may be able to get the proper exemptions.
Is yours stock? Color?

Have some fun with the car. You will see me up there in my DPB from time to time. We have friends in Fairfield and I am Vacaville from time to time for work -- though that is usually in my truck or the company command vehicle.

I would go with a Vortech S-Trim setup (with T-Trim upgrade will keep EO#) only CARB approved SC for the Marauder. Eaton/Whipple you can potentially get exemptions but lots of legwork:mad2:
Shops in NorCal
AEDHP.COM in Sacramento
Dynotuning.com in Santa Rosa
TPSmotorsports.com in Campbell
For basic mods in Cali:
K&N CAI, XCal 3 with a tune from Lidio are a must for a stock Marauder.
4.10s, UDP, Meizere electric water pump and exhaust for the perception of more muscle. Marauders are anywhere from 230-245rwhp in stock form these simple mods should add 25-30hp. RT territory for sure but LS2 GTO your gonna need more...
Cheers!

Perfect I'm going to check out what vortech has to offer, will the stock tranny be able to handle the extra power of the supercharger?

450rwhp anymore on Cali gas and you run a big risk.

Dennis reinhart is who Vortech will send you to but we have a NorCal member who has ordered a kit but still waiting. I would wait to hear from him also maybe build your own just need to find a source for piping. Never easy in Cali.

Welcome. Good luck on getting the Vortech. I ordered mine back in August and I'm sure having difficulty and frustration.

Lots of bay Marauder members popping up lately. Hmm maybe a spring GTG in Tracy Sonics is in order. Big Chris time to rally the troops;)
