I have one Torsen Diff that is used in the new Boss car and Shelby,looking for 600 frim and you wont find it cheaper else where,buy ford selling it for 799 us.

i hear that good question just for a diff damn can add another 800 and get a complete rear end rebult

T-2 Type B i beleive, as this is the one that comes in the new boss mustang and new 2013 shelby.....hopes this helps.:beer:

I'm not trying to sound stupid, but what makes a Torsen diff better than others?

It works with gears instead of clutches...it is the best differential you can get, particularly for road racing.
It distributes the power/torque smoothly to the wheel that needs it....no sudden 'lock up' and "WHOA!!!" :drive: moments in the corners.

BTW: If you are going to drag race with sticky slicks and lots of HP, the Torsen is not the best differential to use.
