6K is an excellent deal if the car isn't ragged out from a mechanical standpoint. It looks as though it's been pretty well maintained cosmetically though.

I find the idea of a white Marauder oddly intriguing, as well.

why would i be a fraud the guy got the damn car for nothing he towed the car and they didnt come pick it up so its theres the tow fee would be what 350.00 and thats what he paid for the car and you can part it out and make over 6k yes no problem

if you found the right buyer some1 tryna beef up there crown vic 1,500 for the motor 500 for the trans 1,000 for the rims tries center caps and lug nuts 1,000 for the back and front bumper, the interior front 2 seats and the back seat and the center console for 1,000 and thats 5,000 right there so how couldnt you peice this car out and make money

During his presentation at MV9, Steve Babcock said that had the MM program continued, the plan was to have black as an ongoing offering, supplemented by color cars that would change every model cycle, with the phasing out of a previous "color" offering, to be replaced by a new color. That plan started with the DBP as the 2003 offering (which was actually planned during the year 2002 model cycle for offering in 2003), followed by the intro of SB late in the 2003 model run. In '04, DBP was phased out, replaced by DTR. For 2005, SB would have been phased out, with white replacing it. The following year, DTR would have been phased out, to be replaced by a green color, didn't catch the exact color name (thinking maybe a blueish-green??). I think that woulda been real cool, ultimately making all the "color" cars limited production, so to speak.

If the opportunity ever presents itself, you NEED to hear Steve to get the scoop on the Marauder program, absolutely fascinating. To think what could have been...:shake:

I recall Steve saying that it was a 5yr program and it would have gone away in the 08 model year. It just makes our car more rare that it never went past 04.

yes that the white marauder that i towed for a towing accout and it`s for sell as for the condition of the car it really good for the milage runs and drives great! it used to be a SB and the last owner had it painted a pearl white. the inside is clean small tear on the driver seat where the bottom of the seat meets the back and it need a fuel injection cleaning other then that she good! as for the tow bill it came out to 1245.00 by the auction date and not 350 as some wanted to point out but it dont matter any more the car is being sold by my bosses buisness partner so he dosent even own it anymore and the partner is trying to sell it! but this is a real marauder with 140k and is for 6k for the sell price!

for a while ppl were asking me to buy parts from the car but that just time comsuming! when that car is in really good shape and is better as the whole car.so for alease 3 members here have seen that car upclose and wouldnt mind owning the car but money is tight for everybody.

What a coincidence, my other half said to sell her 93 cougar and get her this one. That way she will stay out of the CV and FruitPunch. She smokes so I'm giving this some serious thought.
