OK, I'm going to install Methanol injection, I have looked at many kits and considered using my WW tank for the juice but there isn't a low fluid indicator that I see.
So, that being said.
Tell me what system you are using, and it's pros and cons.
What size tank
Where it's located
Pics would be awesome.

I use the www.alkycontrol.com kit and i use my washer fluid container and the kit comes with a low meth indicator light and it also has a light to let you know that your meth is spraying. I have mines to spray only on my race tune.

The cobra guys say they don't see any gains in lower IAT's spraying pre blower. I think I am going to try to put a couple nozzles in the lower intake of Sherms car and see what that does.
Lidio did that to one of his mustangs.
I run Snow kits with a 7 qt tank and pump in the trunk. Works great on my t bird.
Had one hooked up pre blower on the marauder but never got any datalogs so can't tell you if it worked.

Same here on the info, also heard that aft blower doesn't help much at all. The roots blowers heat up too quick. This was the route I was set on, but decided on a killer chiller as a no maintainance, excellent reviews, and 50 - 55* drop in IAT's. Hope to be ordering in the next week or so.

Pictures? Anybody?
And what size tank do you have, how many miles will it go on a fill, especially highway.
Snow Performance says 3 Qts. per tank of fuel. So that is about 9 Qts between my house and Atlanta.
LJ, yours only activates on a race tune, what happens when you mat the loud pedal with a street tune? I would be afraid of that with your HP and boost.

I don't have a lot of timing in my street tune so it is safe to punch it.

I don't know how the AIS system works, but the snow kit you can set a voltage point for it to activate. Or you can do a boost point too. So you are not using it till you need it. As long as you are just cruising you're not using.
I used 5 gallons of meth mixed 50/50 in about 4 years, 10 gallons total. Not alot of street driving mostly 1/4 mile. And I have the 625ml nozzle. Thats the biggest one they have.
You will definatly want to get the anti siphon solenoid too.

Bingo. When I was looking at these, I really liked how you could adjust the activation window right off the MAF counts. Set it to 3.5 or so and you will rarely use any Meth. Very nice set up.

The thing I hate worst about pulling the blower is having to drain the coolant.

I didn't install the snow performance kit that's on my car. It was installed when I brought it from Rich. The nozzle size I'm not sure of but this pic shows you how it's mounted. The controller over by the wiper bottle. The nozzle is in the K&N before the throttle body. Now the tank is actually under the battery case. Yes thats just a shell of a battery. My real battery is in the trunk. http://img.tapatalk.com/c6e4c3be-3faa-35af.jpg

Thanks. You fill up the Meth thru the old battery acid caps. Im not tuned for Meth nor will I ever be. I'll only use it ontop of my tune to lower incoming air temps. I never want my car dependent on Meth.

Interesting.
The 1st tuner I spoke with had concerns with me running out of octane at WOT RPMs. I should be similar to you if not a bit lower in HP.
I want it as an insurance policy more than a power adder.
I think with the other mods underway I should be happy with HP. I just want to be safe and not break,again...

Ordered the Snow Performance Stage 3 kit today, minus the tank, I will be using my WW tank for the Boost Juice.
Ordered the solenoid, level sensor plus a couple of nozzles.

Cool man. We had our nozzle mounted in the JLT tube before the TB also. Ran like that for a year I think, with a cobra short block and 18psi. The car did run 2 tenths quicker with the meth off and running race gas. So it was definatly doing something.
The car was not tuned for the meth. We were using the 625ml nozzle.
Another good thing about meth is it keeps everything clean inside.

That's nice and I am adding a JLT catch can and I should be sparkly clean inside.

Rich how did you have it set to operate? Maf voltage or boost? B/C I disconnected the wires to the Hobbs switch. I have the BAP wired so it runs all the time.

So it was 2 tenths slower on meth?
How about on street gas, faster with or without?

It was not tuned to pull fuel for the meth. We ran 93 octane with the 625ml jet on the race tune for the car. If I shut off the meth and added 104 race fuel it went .2 quicker. I think the tune had 22* timing then with 18 psi on 8.5 compression.
I could have had the meth spraying too soon also, killing some of the low end. I know alot more now.

Lemme check my notes when I get home to be sure, but I do believe it was MAF volts.

Yep, off the MAF as primary. Then the Hobb was used as a "delay" until it got to 9lbs. Helped with a bog when the meth came on.
