It's a sht hole for sure. Wasn't always like that:(
Grandparents and I used to go to what was once called Waterford Park. Horse racing track just past the W Virginia border. Use to go to the track a lot since my aunt owned race horses and my grandfather was a bookie amongst other things when he was living. Great memories for sure.
