Seen today, Feb.16.. Turnpike access road and Pearl Rd. intersection, Strongsville, OH turned onto Pearl Rd. towards the parkway. Black, with winter steelies on, at about 3:10 pm. Had vanity plates and out of respect/privacy for whomever owns it I won't list it but it began with a "B" and is 6 letters.
