Those *@$&#! Noisy idler pulleys

I replaced my pullies just before sshs in October. I have driven maybe 3000 miles since and one of those little bastidges is making noise again.
I know which one it is but since it is on the inside belt I figure I might as well do em all again.
Has anyone tried the Metco ones listed for the 03-04 Cobras?

On Cobras we have with used them very good results.

FoMoCo first time and NAPA 2nd time
Maybe I should just pull the Trilogy and put on a centri, then I wont notice. LOL

i never had any problem with napa idlers either.

If your going thru them that quick I would investigate further.

I just replaced my tensioner with a GATES unit, works great

2 pulleys in 23000 miles. 1 SC idler 1 main idler.
I just change both at the same time.

This one lasted about 2000 miles.

Are you just using the Napa bearings #6203 or replacing the entire pulley? I replaced all my bearings last year except one that seemed to be molded in place and now I have whistling as well. I can't seem to pinpoint which one this time and really do not want to replace all of them again. Hoping its the one I couldn't remove. Anyways, bearing replacement is sooooo easy and only like $8 each. Same bearing # for all idlers and tensioner pulleys.

Strong possibility the problem is alignment.

The alignment looks dead on. Injected Engineering replaced blocks between idler replacements
