had a few hours of down time today so I figured Id clean her up a little and paint some stuff, Suprised me how much a little color under the hood made such an asthetic difference. Not to bad for 2.5 hours worth of work.... I mean if wrenching on your ride is considered work.

Northern states blow. I'm from Boston and it flippin snows, they salt/sand the streets. Then the pollen. It's terrible. I'm just glad me and my Marauder will be re-locating to San Diego very soon. Now I just have to watch out for salty air.

When I had mine, I got a roll of this from ACE hardware and clipped off maybe a 2 inch section. If you are standing by your driver side fender looking down at the JLT filter, there are 4 nuts and bolts that hold the filter to the filter flange thingy. You will also notice a small bolt sticking up from your fender where your old airbox bolted down. All you do is twist a piece of this hanger strap until the holes line up (however high you want it to sit) and bolt it down. This stuff is thin, you can use the existing bolt on the JLT. Just back that bottom bolt out, stick it thru whatever hole you use, and bolt down 'er down. When you get the piece cut and twisted how you want it, I recommend bolting to the fender first, since that is the longer bolt. Easy peasy.

Meguiers cleaner wax then zymol polish. Wax as you dry after every wash. Good chtome polish on wheels with the occasional layer of wax. Then just engine bay wipe downs with interior protectant on all plastics
