Used it today in hot sun, no paraffin like the Cali. Much better!!

Yes,
Both. It has a round handle and you spin it between your hands (I know TWSS) and dust comes off.

It doesn't seem to be, It seems to have a static charge but no chemicals or oils.
I bought 3 different lengths and 2 of them are from a medical supply.
The 36" is from "Wool Shop" in Kansas City Mo. it's paperwork says nothing about chemicals.
The other 2 are from a medical supply but I trashed the tags.
