I have that spoiler, LVMARAUDER has that spoiler, ROBOTEK911 also has that spoiler. There are alot of pics in the gallery, and I have started several threads regarding the 'AVALON' spoiler.

I would like to provide a tried and true verified source for this product, Cover Up Inc. They are aware of our liking of this spoiler and are direct vendors recommended by the manufacturer, Dream Wings Inc.

Mark - The spoiler looks good. I like the brake light . I looks like the one Barry has. If you don't install it yourself make sure the installer knows exactly where you want it mounted.

I'm not a fan. I think it cheapens the look of the car.

I posted this in several other threads to all folks looking for a tried and true reliable source for this spoiler:

I have had more requests for info than I can get to while my company runs me around the U.S.

I replied to many members already, and for posterity, who will search and find this thread, I will post my reply. Hopefully this helps. Rock-on!!

The spoiler I have is a ‘California Dream Wing’ model ‘1240-3L AVALON’ and I recommend obtaining it through the great folks at ‘Cover Up Inc.’ in Tonganoxie, Kansas. Craig Jackson, the owner and his daughter in law Ariel will be more than willing to help you out. The spoiler will come pre painted to match your MM color. BTW: They do all the spoiler installs for the Lincoln-Mercury dealerships in the area. 913-369-0077

I paid $256.87 for the spoiler, painted, and delivered to my door in mint condition. I spoke with Ariel, and she is aware I passed their name on to my friends at the MM.NET.

Good luck and Happy Motoring….tell ‘em Cruztaker sent you!

I'm with Dan on this one. It looks too aftermarket. I like the factory spolier like mine so much better. Sorry.

I am not a big fan of spoilers. I think they look a bit tacky, plus they provide more spots where rust can start where the trunk lid is drilled. I don't know whether there would be any loss of rear vision; there sure is on the Tauri that have them. However, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, so if a spoiler floats your boat, why not?

Although I prefer the subtleness of the OEM spoiler, I don't think the Avalon is that bad...it's certainly a vast improvement over those grotesque multi-level "bookshelves" the ricers are so fond of... :shake: :shake:

If the OEM spoiler hadn't been available, I would have certainly looked at this one...

I've seen Barry's spoiler and I think it looks cool.

Having seen both the OEM and Barry's in person, I have to say Barry's is my favorite of the two. If you plan on keeping the trunk badge, go with the aftermarket, if not, go with the OEM. The OEM makes the emblem difficult to see IMHO.(and keep clean, I'll wager)

Good deal. Never be afraid to be different, that's what makes us all unique. And I must say your typing in that last post was quite....unique;)

When you get it done, please post pics, as I have started a personal gallery of this style for posterity....folks like you who find it, like it, but aren't quite sure what others will think.
