Intercooler pump wiring

Hey guys I'm doing an Eaton swap on my 01 Cobra and I can't figure out how to wire in the Intercooler pump. I'm actually using the custom swap brackets so my swap is very similar to that of the Marauders. Anyway as far as the intercooler pump wiring goes I have read two ways to do it, one is wiring into the fuse box and the other is wiring into a red wire that is apart of the main wiring harness. I just need to know which one I should wire to and if anyone has any pictures then that would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks for the link, to wire the intercooler pump to the fuse box would I need a relay or can I just wire it directly?

I used a relay and a fuse.

Well I used the wiring diagram from the Trilogy install manual.

But here is where I mounted the fuse and relay. I put the fuse there on the wheel well there so I can pull the fuse if I have the radio on with the car not running.
You can see my relay just sticking out from the side of the fender there too.
